We ship worldwide!

The clothes are made to your order, therefore it depends on garment how long your order need to be completed.

Standard Shipping

Ballet skirts:                  5-7 working days

Tango skirts & tops:     1-2 weeks

Dresses:                       2-3 weeks

 

We use Royal Mail:

All items within UK are send via 1^st or 2^nd class track & signed delivery

 

World:  Ballet skirts – standard delivery

            Tango Collection – tracking delivery 

 

You'll get a confirmation email from us when your package is shipped, with tracking information included if applicable.

​At checkout, your shipping costs will be calculated according to the price of the items in your cart.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

RETURNS & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. Please email us before sending the package back for instruction how to send it. For safety and proof of postage it’s advisable to use tracked delivery.

Return from oversees  - always ship back as RETURN. We can't accept any parcel with custom charge issued on it. 

​Exchanges - you can order another item, different size or model with the same value as your order.

The shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SALE and CUSTOMISED ITEMS are non – refundable.
